How to Devour Spirulina
Take the tablet or powder. Here, we have described the dosage and consumption method for each.

Spirulina Tablets

Adults should take 6 to 10 tablets per day. For children, the dosage is 1 to 3 tablets per day.

Start with one pill per day for the first two days. Take 2 tablets per day for 2 days. Continue with 3 tablets per day for 2 more days. – till you attain your splendid dosage.
Take the tablet with water just before you eat.
Take the dose at once or break it up throughout the day. You should not take it in the evening, as you may feel energetic and never sleep.
Spirulina Powder

Half to one teaspoon of powder should be taken every day. This is equivalent to 1.8-three grams of powder.
