Carlson recently stated in an interview on “Brian Kilmeade Present” that Chinese speakers understand outsourcing of essential supplies like prescription drugs in a terrifying fashion.
Due to the outbreak of the H7N9 virus in China, numerous factories have closed resulting in significant disruption of drug supply chains.

Because of China’s slowdown in drug manufacturing and biosimilar supply, one of its primary exports to the U.S., Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced they are monitoring supply chains of 20 medications produced there or that contain key elements sourced there.
Chinese news provider Xinhua Information published an article entitled, “Be Daring: The World Owes China Thanks,” wherein its author explained that, should China impose restrictions on pharmaceutical exports to America, America will become “submerged under an ocean of coronavirus infection.”
“They repeatedly threatened to kill us,” Carlson stated, and we all responded that it wasn’t such an enormous concern.
“This situation is terrifying,” the officer warned.

Carlson explained to Kilmeade that this pandemic presents an opportunity for President Donald Trump’s administration to fulfil some of their promises from 2016.
“While it may not be possible to stop its spread at this stage, much can still be done to prepare our nation to address those infected and struggling from these infections,” according to his suggestion.
Carlson noted he has a friend — the Rector of his local church — who became seriously ill due to coronavirus infections, driving home its potential risks to him personally. Carlson stated politicians must prioritize residents’ security above everything else when discussing public well being matters; something which unfortunately they have failed to do consistently in practice.

“Plainly speaking, I think the federal government ought to prioritize protecting its people first and foremost – that has always been its job one – but unfortunately that does not appear to be happening very much,” stated Leveen.
